The Gulf Service AcademyPreparing India's Finest for the Gulf.
Fifteen candidates. Three weeks of intensive training. A luxury residential training programme in Mumbai for young Indians entering distinguished household service across the Gulf region.
A luxury institution, not a course. We form young Indians to a single, recognisable standard expected in the great households of the Gulf region, so that conduct becomes habit and not instruction.
The Academy is residential, intentionally small, and provides luxury service training in a refined environment that mirrors the standards of private households across the Gulf region. Graduates are introduced to distinguished households upon completion.
The Gulf Service Academy“Rooted in India, prepared for the Gulf.”
The Gulf Service AcademyFrom the subcontinent to the Gulf.
What is taught in Mumbai is then practised, with confidence, in Abu Dhabi, Doha and Muscat.
The Academy was conceived to bridge two refined cultures of service: the long Indian tradition of household stewardship and the Gulf's exacting standards of majlis hospitality, protocol, discretion, and personal service.
For generations, Indian professionals have been trusted in distinguished households throughout the Gulf region for their loyalty, dedication, adaptability, and respect for tradition. Equally, Gulf families and employers have developed a unique culture of hospitality rooted in dignity, generosity, privacy, and honour.
Our purpose is to unite these traditions through professional preparation and cultural understanding. Students learn not only how to perform their duties to international standards, but also how to understand the expectations, customs, values, and etiquette of the households and employers they will serve.

The Gulf Service Academy“The Academy does not teach tasks alone. It forms professionals.”
The Gulf Service Academy“I arrived from a small town in Kerala thinking I knew what good service was. In three weeks the Academy reshaped how I stand, how I speak, and to anticipate a need before it is asked. Now, working together with Arjun, I serve a kind family.”
The Gulf Service Academy“My family did not know what a majlis was. Today I serve qahwa in one every evening. The training at The Gulf Service Academy is tough, but the dignity and future it opened are unlike anything I could have imagined.”
The Gulf Service AcademyThe next training programme begins on September 1, 2026.
